1 – Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Maâdili Kan and any person wishing to make a purchase from the Sea Moss online store, training or class.
The purpose of the GCS is to define the conditions under which the Seller offers its products for sale on the Site, as well as the conditions under which the Buyer may make purchases.
By placing an order on the Site, the Buyer declares that he/she has read and accepted the GCS without reservation.
2 – Products
The site offers Sea Moss for sale, grown organically and naturally in Saint Lucia, with respect for the environment. On-line training courses created by a Therapist and trainer, as well as courses given by the latter.
The photographs and descriptions of the products presented on the Site are as faithful as possible, but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors and textures.

- Choice of delivery address and payment method
- Confirmation of order and payment.
The Vendor reserves the right to refuse any order from a Buyer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
4 – Prices and payment
On the Site, we indicate product prices in euros, which include all taxes and exclude delivery charges. The Buyer should pay the delivery charges, and we calculate these charges based on the chosen delivery address and delivery method.
The Buyer makes online payment by credit card when validating the order. The Site secures payments through a trustworthy and secure online payment system.
The Vendor reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the current rates indicated at the time of ordering.
5 – Delivery
We deliver physical products to the address provided by the Buyer during the ordering process. Shipments occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The delivery times listed on Maâdili Kan are for informational purposes and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier.
The Vendor commits to making every possible effort to expedite product delivery. Nevertheless, they cannot be held liable in cases of delayed delivery attributable to the carrier or in situations of force majeure.
Upon delivery, the Buyer must check the condition of the packaging and the products delivered. In the event of non-conformity or damage, the Buyer must make reservations with the carrier and inform the Seller within 48 hours.
6 – Right of withdrawal
Sea Moss: The Buyer has a period of 14 clear days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Products need to be undamaged, unopened and unmodified. Any lack of conformity at the time of verification will not give rise to a refund.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify his decision by email to Maadili-kan@outlook.com. He had to indicating his contact details, the order number and the product concerned.
The Vendor will reimburse the order, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, subject to receipt of the returned products in perfect condition.
For virtual products, refunds are not possible since you gain access to the entire content upon order validation.
Regarding consultations, a refund is, of course, possible for cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled session.
7 – Warranty and liability
Products sold on the site are guaranteed to comply with current legislation. The Vendor cannot be held responsible for the use made of products purchased on the Site.
The Vendor may not be held liable in the event of non-performance or improper performance of the contract due to force majeure, so the Buyer’s fault or the unforeseeable and insurmountable fault of a third party to the contract.

All elements of the Site, whether visual or audio, are the exclusive property of the Vendor or its partners. Furthermore, any reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden.
10 – Disputes and applicable law
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTS shall be governed by French law and shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
In case of a dispute, the parties agree to pursue an amicable solution before resorting to any legal action.
