Hi everyone, hope you’re well. Here we are for the 1st review of our 6 month healing challenge. So this is my 6 month healing challenge – 1 month review. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, I invite you to discover the program I’m putting in place to restore my womb, gut and general health while working on physical, mental and energetic well-being over 6 months, so that I no longer have to deal with the problems I’ve encountered, which I’ll be addressing later in my various shares.
These changes will also enable me to literally change my life in every way, so if you’d like to find out more and set yourself the same challenge, follow this series 🙂
If you don’t know me, I’m Hélène, your Traditional Therapist in Holistic Health. I’m specialized in Womb, Gut and General health care and my goal is to sublimate your being through Energy, Nutrition and Herbs.
Month n°1
6 month Healing challenge – Month 1
Quick recap of what you need to put in place
Introspection
During this week, the goal is to do a global introspection of your life, of everything that’s going wrong, everything that’s impacting you, weakening you, holding you back etc… The aim is also to get to the bottom of your mistakes and fears, so as to take stock of the situation realistically and push you towards deconstructing whatever is hindering your evolution.
There are also 2 documents to create :
- N°1 : You have to put all your expectations, desires and ambitions for the next 6 months and your whole life.
- N°2 : You have to write down what you think has prevented you from achieving them (your behaviours, your thoughts etc…). With this document you can easily spot your moments of hesitation when they resurface.

My experience – Week 1
In all transparency, it took me several days to finalize the introspection part. Having experienced so much in such a short space of time, I needed to put my first thoughts on paper, then come back to them again and again to make sure that all my thought patterns belonged to me. What I mean by this is that we live in a world in which it’s easy to be imbued with thoughts, ideas etc. that don’t belong to us. Whether it’s through TV, networks, but also a malicious entourage or one that thinks itself benevolent, or through work etc… Not to mention one’s own judgement.
Working on my introspection for several days enabled me to make sure that each of my thoughts, fears, ideals, what I value, etc. were my own and belonged to me alone! In this way, I ensure that I can deconstruct or reconstruct in depth what will form my identity tomorrow.
So that’s really what I advise you to do : Take the time to back and forth on your introspection
For the 2 documents to put on your wall, thanks to the work I’ve put in place and my ambitions for my family and myself, I’ve been able to easily project myself over the next 5 years to the nearest quarter (I’m not asking you to be that extreme) and have a clear vision of what I want to achieve.
I’ve also been able to retrace everything that’s gone wrong so far. In the event of a dip in form or mental state, I’ll just have to look at my notes to materialize the fact that this is a repetitive pattern and that I need to be stronger than that.
My experience – Week 2 to 4
Weeks 2 to 4 were productive, but in keeping with my daily routine.
In my daily obligations, I have my son, who is 17 months old at the time of writing, whom I look after 24/7, whom I still breastfeed and with whom I invest a great deal of time by preparing all his home-cooked meals and playing a multitude of educational games.
So my daily routine is very busy. So I had to adapt my new habits to the old ones, not to mention the unexpected.
6 month Healing challenge – Month 1
Here are a few habits I’ve put in place on a daily basis, in the hope that they may help you to take better care of yourself
- Getting up before my son between 5:30 and 6 a.m.
- Take the time to breathe and stretch my whole body for 5 min.
- Gradually drink 1/5L of water
- Read for 20min
- Do a yoga session
- Walk 1h a day
- Meditate
- Externalize my emotions through writing
- Write my gratitudes
- Take care of myself (skin, body, spirituality, energy and visualization)
- Eat raw food once a day
- Drink a juice or smoothie every day
- Increase my alkaline and electric nutrition
- Keep a cycle diary to readjust my menstrual cycle care
- Value myself every day
It may sound like a lot, but in reality, some points are quite quick to implement and take seconds or minutes.
Self love and month n°2
I’m very good to myself, and being a therapist and having helped hundreds of people reminds me that being good to yourself is the key to a life and well-being that you can optimize over the long term.
If some days I can’t implement X or Y habits, that’s okay, the unexpected happens. What counts are my intentions, my investment and my commitment to myself and the Helene of the future.
The serious stuff starts now ! I’m off for 1 month of juicing to cleanse my whole body and mind in preparation for the following 3-month cure. Cleansing my womb, my gut and my health in general will provide me with a solid foundation for my life. I will elevating myself physically, energetically and spiritually, as well as financially and in my overall lifestyle.
If you’d like to follow my progress and I really hope to inspire you, and above all, if you’d like to take the plunge or ask me questions, please do so with pleasure.
