Sea Moss: Its benefits and how it transformed my health
Today, I'm going to tell you about something quite personal, but essential. How Sea Moss changed my life and why I absolutely must share my story with you. It has become an indispensable part of my daily life and well-being.
Why this superfood?
As a traditherapist, I've consumed many superfoods, recommended many, and studied a lot. Then, a few years ago, I came across Sea Moss! The promises were so impressive that I wondered if they were true! I wanted to try it for 3 months in a row and there....
Wow, I could see a real change! On the outside, I could see the difference in the quality of my skin and hair. On the inside, I had more energy and, above all, less muscle and joint pain.
Before going any further, if you don't know me, I'm Hélène, Holistic Traditherapist. I specialize in uterine, intestinal and general health care, and my aim is to sublimate your Being through energies, nutrition, phytotherapy and much more.
My personal story
To give you some context, I have fibromyalgia, functional colopathy, genetic anemia, and finally, polycystic endometriosis. And here, I'm only giving you the broad strokes that have a real impact on my life, not the lighter ones.
Yes I'm spoiled lool, but I like to think I'm living all these experiences so I can share them with you and help you in turn 🙂
I've consulted several doctors, therapists and specialists of all kinds, but no one has managed to understand me enough to meet my needs. Fibromyalgia is a very specific illness that cannot be cured. Endometriosis is an increasingly well-known disease, but it can't be cured either. Functional colopathy is calming down and can be put to sleep, but still cannot be cured in its entirety. No doctor really tried to understand why I didn't want to undergo treatment. I was in pain and suffering from getting up to going to bed, but I wanted to avoid all treatments because I know the addictive impact they can create.
2 doctors even told me that if I wasn't taking medication, I wasn't in enough pain. But again, they didn't take my history into account. It's much easier to judge, isn't it?
Generational pathologies
My mother and grandmother both suffered from these illnesses. In the case of my mother, who suffers from fibromyalgia, I see on a daily basis the impact of medication on her health. A drug taken for X amount of pain will have the effect of generating Y new illnesses or dysfunctions in her body. Her body is so out of whack that even the opium prescribed by her doctors and taken on a daily basis doesn't relieve her during her attacks.
It was therefore unthinkable for me, having grown up in an environment where drugs were omnipresent in the home, to reproduce this same pattern. So I searched, worked, studied and analyzed everything that could be done under a natural spectrum... And then the Sea Moss crossed my path.
But how has Sea Moss really changed my life?
As you can imagine, as a Traditherapist, I'm familiar with many of nature's powerful elements. Sea Moss has been a gas pedal in my reconstruction on 2 occasions. Let me know in the comments if you use it, if so, how it makes you feel, and if not, what are the obstacles.
Revealer 1
At the time of its discovery, my body had accumulated a lot of suffering and trauma. To relieve myself, in addition to certain analgesic plants, I had CBD infusions and cbd-based balms that I made myself. Among all the elements I had to treat myself, I was missing something that could support my body while limiting inflammation, and that could boost my microbiota at the same time, to better assimilate the treatments, strengthen my intestinal flora and preserve my organism.
So I began a 6-month course of treatment, reducing the doses as the weeks went by, and at my last blood test, I could see that the levels of vitamins, minerals and trace elements had increased and stabilized. I also had healthier liver, kidney and microbiota markers.
Sea moss has enabled me to stabilize and really fix the nutrients I bring to my body through food.
In short, it helps my body to sublimate its potential.
Revealer 2
When I got pregnant, my body also suffered a lot. I had hyperemesis gravidarum, a pregnancy-related illness that caused me to vomit from the 3rd week of pregnancy right up to the delivery table. Horrible! I love my son with all my heart, but I hated being pregnant so much! I lost 12 kg during this period. That could be the subject of an article by the way... Well, I'll stay focused on the subject. With the fibromyalgia that grew worse during those 9 months and a complication linked to my emergency C-section that required nursing care for 1 month after the birth of my son, my body suffered.
So I decided to restart a 3-month course of treatment to help my body rebuild itself, but less intensely due to breastfeeding.
By eating sea moss 2-3 times a week, I saw an acceleration in my remission. There was a real before-and-after effect. So yes, diet plays a role, but that's about all I had in place.
Having a full-time baby, who doesn't go to nursery, who didn't sleep more than 20 minutes twice a day and who didn't sleep through the night... Not to mention my convalescence following my complications, I didn't do any sport, nor did I take certain analgesic plants because they were incompatible with breastfeeding, and I had to drastically limit myself in terms of food supplements.
So, even in this very particular context, with my high level of physical and mental exhaustion and my pathologies, I was able to notice a difference in my health. All the mothers who have had complications during childbirth, and on top of that have had to undergo emergency caesarean sections, complications during and after childbirth etc.... You know that recovery is not easy. Add to all that pathologies already present, and you hit the jackpot in terms of pain.
Again, it's not a miracle product, nor is it what I advocate, but if you want to help your body even when it's at its weakest, sea moss will do the trick.
Why am I selling sea moss on Maadili-kan.com?

Here's my personal experience and that of the women I've worked with. The sea moss will incorporate a lot of hydration from the inside as well as the outside. How do I take a Sea Moss cure?
It will depend on your needs, but I advise you to start with a 3-month course of treatment to fully support your body, then 3 weeks per trimester. 1 to 2 teaspoons a day of sea moss gel is more than enough. You can find my tutorial here
Is it safe to eat Sea Moss while pregnant or breastfeeding?
The answer is yes. Of course, every woman and baby reacts differently, so listen to your body. 2 to 3 teaspoons a week is fine. If you have stomach pains or any other sensation, stop. And listen to your baby too. By way of example, as I write this article, my son is breast-feeding on demand while having all his daily meals, and he's 2 years old. When I tried matcha, I found that he slept even less, and yet he doesn't sleep through the night. So that's how short our nights were. Personally, I didn't have any symptoms, but it had an impact on him, so I simply stopped using it.
